  2. Here is a screen capture of my msg to MSI on what I did to get wc3.6 to
  3. recognize the G protocols with D'bridge. Hope this helps some folks.

  5.  22: ->OKAY, here's what you gotta do with d'bridge....
  6.  23: instead of having *B *C *T(optional) in dbridge BBS setup, you just put
  7.  24: the *C, the translated connect rate. You are already Translating the
  8.  25: *B via the modem configuration .MCF file.... so whatever the connect,
  9.  26: you are translating it to mnp like I have, for example:
  10.  27: TRANSLATE CONNECT 19200/REL - LAPM|19200MNP
  11.  28: dbridge is reporting this as an mnp connection. if you put in the *B
  12.  29: you get that line on the SPAWNBBS line too, which you don't want for
  13.  30: wc.... JUST put the *C, and you will get:
  14.  31: SPAWNBBS 19200MNP and LO! it works. A bit of tinkering around but that
  15.  32: is how I got Wildcat to see my connects as MNP and enable the G
  16.  33: protocols.....  but then, without tinkering, it wouldn't be fun !
  17.  34: Wildcat is the greatest, and d'bridge is a fine pgrm but if there was no
  18.  35: place for me to tinker, I might as well take up fishing again, right?
